Privacy notice
Effective 12 August 2026. This notice describes how TITANMARK (Pty) Ltd handles personal information submitted through its website and project process.
Responsible party
TITANMARK (Pty) Ltd is responsible for the information it collects. Privacy enquiries may be sent to hello@titanmark.co.za or delivered to 15 Norrie Avenue, Durban North, KwaZulu-Natal, 4051.
Information collected
Titanmark may collect a customer's name, email address, mobile number, company details, project instructions, communications, invoice information and payment references. Banking credentials and complete card information are entered on PayFast or the customer's bank system and are not collected by Titanmark.
Purposes and lawful use
- Responding to enquiries and preparing quotes.
- Forming and performing project agreements.
- Processing and reconciling payments.
- Delivering services, support and transaction records.
- Meeting tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and legal obligations.
- Protecting Titanmark's and its customers' legitimate interests.
Service providers
Information is shared only as reasonably necessary with providers that support the transaction or service, including PayFast for payments, hosting and email providers, and FormSubmit for website enquiries. Those providers process information under their own security and privacy terms. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Storage and retention
Titanmark uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to a small digital-services business. Project and transaction records are kept only for as long as needed for the service, support, legitimate business records and applicable legal or tax requirements, after which they are deleted or de-identified where reasonably possible.
Your choices and rights
A person may ask Titanmark to confirm whether it holds their information, request access or correction, object to certain processing, or request deletion where retention is no longer required. Requests may require identity verification. A person may also complain to South Africa's Information Regulator through its official website at inforegulator.org.za.
Security incidents
If Titanmark reasonably believes personal information has been accessed or acquired by an unauthorised person, it will investigate and make notifications required by applicable law.
